The website uses FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, to deliver contact-form messages. Information submitted through the form is transmitted through that service and delivered by email. Please do not use the form for confidential student information, legally sensitive details, emergencies, or information requiring immediate action.

Website analytics

The website uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, referral sources, page visits, and actions such as contact-button clicks and completed inquiries. Plausible is configured without cookies, and True Course Advisory does not send names, email addresses, form messages, or other personally identifying information to Plausible.

With your permission, the website may also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate pages through privacy-masked interaction analytics, such as heatmaps and session replays. Clarity does not load unless you select “Allow analytics.” The contact form is explicitly masked. You can decline this optional analytics without affecting your use of the website.

Data retention and choices
